I have been trying unsuccessfully to join the group. It’s me I must add not the group. Has anyone else had the same experience? It has to be something I’m doing my end. I am already on Facebook/Meta but I’m becoming lost in a sea of passcodes and passwords. After watching Matt’s lesson on nerves and overcoming them I would like to post something. Mind you I’m still learning after four years how to use my IPad….only discovered split screen a few months back. Basically I haven’t a clue what I’m doing half the time. I think at a certain age all you do is play technology catch up!

Haha, I can totally relate! Technology can feel like a full-time course on its own. Don’t worry, you’re not alone—lots of us have struggled with Facebook group settings and endless passwords. Sometimes the simplest fix is clearing the cache or using a different browser/app to join the group. Also, make sure you’re clicking “Join Group” while logged into the correct account; Meta can be tricky with multiple logins.
And honestly, your comment about still learning after four years is so relatable. I’ve seen people joke about wanting to pay someone to take online class for me just because they’re tired of figuring out all the tech setups! You’re doing great though—at least you discovered split screen. Keep going, and you’ll be posting in the group in no time.

If you want to join the FB group, you have to hit the Join button. You should see a few questions pop up which you must answer. FB gives you an hour to answer before it rejects you. However, sometimes people don’t see them or they just don’t pop up. A Facebook glitch. Since I am an admin for the page I can let you in. What is your Facebook ID? If you don’t know, take a screenshot/ photo of the screen and post it here. That would give me enough info to find and add you.
Well.. somehow I missed that memo. I just requested membership. I had to answer a few questions and agree to a few basic rules. As for technology... I use it, but when I'm 90 I will care more about if I can still play the uke, more than if I struggle with my iPad. ~ Cheers
