Ever wanted to get beyond just strumming chords? I’m excited to say our new regular live event continues - Melodic Mondays. Every other Monday I will teach you a nice melody that will be both tabbed and written as notation. We’ll cover everything from Mozart to McCartney! You’ll learn about reading notation and tab, timing, musical directions, finger style techniques and much more.

This time we’ll be learning a really cool old time tune made popular by The Carter Family; I’ll Fly Away. I’ll teach you the melody and some chords and show you how to combine them in such a way it sounds like two Ukes playing at once. This one is really fun!!
