In the Baritone course Matt gives the usual tunings used on the Baritone. High D ,Low d and the same pairings with gCEA and GCEA.
On guitar players often use one of the drop D tunings
DGBD seems to lend itself to the Baritone Uke

I meant a fifth apart, eg d instead if g. I always make that mistake. I don't count the first note as number 1 but as zero. Sorry.
