Two songs. One title. Two completely different stories.

Join me live on Monday 13th July at 6pm UK for another relaxed Kanikapila Monday, where we'll be exploring two beautiful songs called Songbird.

First, we’ll learn Oasis's Songbird, Liam Gallagher's second songwriting credit for the band. Simple, heartfelt and beautifully understated, it became one of Oasis's most personal recordings.

Then we'll play the timeless Fleetwood Mac classic written by Christine McVie during the recording of Rumours.

As always, we'll chat about the stories behind the songs, explore a few musical ideas together, and spend an hour making music with friends from around the world.

Everyone is welcome, whether you've been playing for six weeks or six decades.

Because kanikapila simply means 'play music together.'
